The other morning I wanted sweet and savory at the same time – do you ever feel like that?
I really like having eggs for breakfast, but I don’t always want to have them the same way.
If you’ve ever looked in your fridge and been in the mood for something a little different for breakfast you’ll totally love this easy, light breakfast salad that’s the perfect compliment to your eggs.
1. Cook your eggs however you like, and chop up the following:
- 1/2 cucumber
- 5-6 strawberries
- 1/2 avocado
optional: 1-2 T hemp seeds
2. Toss together in a small bowl and enjoy!
